I've been to this place many times during normal hours and usually the Doctor is never there (different excuse everytime).  I finally got in once when the doctor was present for a walk in appointment. Receptionist gave doctor's patients priority and I ended up walking away after 1.5 hour wait (there were literally 3 of us sitting in waiting area).  So basically after 4 attempts, I've yet to see a doctor here. Also would rate the unfriendly receptionists a 1/5

I highly recommend Dr. Wang.  He knows his stuff!  If anyone's complaining about a waiting room, they should realize a Doctor's office isn't a business, it's a place where the doctor has to take the time to understand the patient in front of them to confirm right diagnosis and if someone comes in with more urgent needs, they go first.

Great little clinic. Dr.Wang has good bedside manner and demeanour. The only negative about the clinic is appointment times - the time given to you isn't your appointment time. It's around half an hour before your actual slot. This poses many challenges with taking sick children in.

I've been waiting here for almost two hours now! Absolutely unacceptable!! This place SHOULD NOT be called a "Walk In Clinic" because as a walk in patient, you're patronage is NOT VALUED AT ALL! You just keep getting bumped to the back of the line every time a scheduled patient comes in. Also, they are NOT accepting new patients, so even if I wanted to sign up as a new patient, I can't. Ridiculous! If you're a walk in patient, do yourself a huge favour and go somewhere else. Otherwise, be prepared to be an extremely patient patient. Looks like the doctor doesn't keep scheduled appointments anyway, because regular scheduled patients are waiting absurdly long waits too. Absolutely terrible customer service!!!! Im about to walk out.. They DO NOT care about people who are sick and in pain! I'd give zero stars if it was possible. I'm making sure I share this review with absolutely every social media outlets I have at my disposal, it's THAT BAD!

Professional, friendly staff that have been giving my family and my self top quality medical and dental care me for over 10 years. The aspect of the medical care that pleases me most is Dr. Jeffery Wang always takes the time to really listen to your complaints; and is therefore able to give you the most reliable diagnosis. Dr. Andrea HoFat Wang and her staff are amazing with children. No one is afraid of this dentist.
