I brought my skagen watch in because my bands where really worn out and I wanted new ones. They didn't have a style I liked so I decided to keep my old ones on. I also had removable spring bars so I could change bands if and when I wanted, and they scared me because I'm a carpenter and work around heavy machinery so if my watch fell off it would be crushed or cut up. They told me new permanent spring bars would be a far better and more reliable bar to go with. The first set they installed where way to short and my watch fell off while I was walking into work the following Monday. I called them and let them know what had happened and they replaced the springs bars that weekend with longer ones. Needless to say a week later I'm in the same position. My watch is still not as strong as it was before I brought it in or as strong as they said it'd be. They ruined my watch just to make a sell.

This place is such a disappointment. I love there work but watch out when you get a quote. I was quoted 500 to fix 20 links on bracelet. After getting the bracelet back they fixed 17 links and when I asked about the price she stated that it was still 500. When I asked about it she became very rude. Watch out and make sure you know and ask about if they don't have to fix the whole thing that you don't have to pay for it... seems they like to say they need to fix more then what is needed and quote you one thing and charge you for it when they didn't do the work... such a disappointment. :(

Had my fiancee's ring sized up and these guys had it done before 3 and charged less then Helzberg I will come back and give them more service great customer service!!!!

Total disaster, I took my Movado diamond mens wrist watch in for a battery and cleaning. I got it back with the sapphire crystal scratched beyond belief. I asked for a quote it was 180. I was floored. I called Movado directly and the price was 30 dollars with 12.00 for installation. I had used them for years and was told "oh well". I found a NEW watch repair about n.w.48th and May in the Mayfair shopping center. I was out the door in 20 minutes with my new sapphire crystal and cleaning for 35.00 exactly. So,buyer beware of the Penn Square rip off artists.

I went in after 2 of my coworkers recommended CNS. I had my engagement ring sized down one size. Friendly service and my ring was done within 45 minutes. My ring looked great, and they even cleaned it. The price was great too! I will definitely go back if I ever need anything done to my jewelry in the future. Highly recommended!!
