My husband and I have spent lots of money in Helzberg's with good experiences. However I recently took a necklace with a cross drop in and the chain clasp needed repair. They sent it off and it came back without the cross. The said I took the cross with me. The staff accused me of lying and they did not offer to replace it. I go to Gordon's now.

Got my engagement ring here, they said it was 12 months no interest but when I received the first bill that was false, it was only like 6-7 months. And I noticed later there was a huge crack on the inside of the diamond which you couldn't see at the store because of their ridiculously bright lighting. But they send me coupons in the mail every so often for free stuff so there is that...

I went to Helzberg to purchase a new watch for myself, I had recently purchased a diamond wedding band for my wife and was happy with that purchase. I picked out a Gucci watch total purchase of 856.16. The staff was helpful and did adjust the band and I wore the watch home. I found the same watch on amazon for 293.66 cheaper. I purchased it and went to return the one from Herzberg. I had not worn the watch except the day of purchase for an on the way home and I was told since I wore it out of the building it couldn't be returned. I understand that Helzberg has its polices and I would never argue that. But when I returned home and read the policy on the back of the receipt (which was contently stuffed in the bag) it does make not that if a watch is worn it cant be returned and to see Watch Assurance Plan which I was never given. Overall it is my fault for not researching the price at other companies, I just expected more from a company such as Helzberg. I am very disappointed. So needless to say I wont do business with Helzberg again. The staff was polite the entire time of the purchase. The issue is the policy and the obvious over pricing of products.

Drove a little further today to avoid more than one bad experience at Penn Square Helzberg. I was treated very well while having several items cleaned and checked as per their warranty. Even cleaned jewelry items not purchased at Helzberg and made me aware of loose stones needing attention. Great experience at Quail Springs Helzberg and professional treatment even though I was not making a purchase.
