Highly incompetent people running the shop and cash register, no queue management. It took 1.5 hours in line to return 1 handbag. This is NOT 1970s.. Come on upgrade your systems. Why check out takes longer - because they had to ask who helped you to make pirchase

Coach outlet stores delight many, and this store in the Great Mall is no exception.  As with all Coach outlet stores I have been to, and I have been to many, there are a couple of nice leather arm chairs to relax in, and a bench to plant oneself.  While I managed to find a power outlet to charge my phone in a corner of the store, it would have been more ideal if the power outlet was by one of the arm chairs or benches.

A highly-recommended store for those visiting the Great Mall.  You would be hard-pressed to leave without a smile on your face.  :)

By the time the cashiers are done with helping one customer ill be dead. Seriously the cashiers are so slow its like they cant even work, or theyre just too stupid
