Every time I come to this store,  there are long lines and not enough cashiers.

Good mall with a lot of discount outlet stores. It's a good place for everyday shopping as the price is attractive. They recently remodeled the overall a bit so it's cleaner and better looking more.
However, I wish there are more and better selection in food court and also more effort to make the mall looks more upscale.

Nice mall with lots of outlet shops with good deals now and then. I like how it makes a giant circle with a halfway point to cut through the circle to get to the other side. Generally pretty clean and lots of spots to sit down if you're tired.

As an outlet, quality of most things there is pretty low (although I guess the prices are low).  In the summer, it gets way too congested and too much body heat with the A/C being broken 70% of the time.  Also just very difficult to navigate in general due to the amount of foot traffic.

Thre Great Mall has changed a lot from Mom & Pop stores to Name Brand stores.  They charge super high cart rentals and gouge you with super high rentals during seasonal sales, with no gaurantee you will sell that much to cover your rental fee's So many Mom Pop stores were forced out of the mall  , people who had their life wrapped up in their business and just like snap of the fingers they were all gone. I get tired of all same brand name stores. I bet none of you could imagine that a cart pays no less than $1500.month during non seasonal. Remember that small business employ 50% of the work force.
