It's a good nice and quiet neighborhood.. it is a trailer park.. as well as the manager of the park is a nice an straight forward guy... And is she shows in the neighborhood alot of people are around my home are very nice and very willing to help with the things you might need if the have it.. like a lawnmower or maybe a hose and a sprinkler to water your grass... Some will even let you use there water to help water the grass area that you both share....  I would  recommend it highly.. for anyone from seniors to familys with chicken.. even a couple.. even a single guy or girl... Looking for a nice comfortable place to live..,.
