The residents are so supportive of small business like mine. The manager is incredibly nice, down to earth, and polite.

The neighborhood is overflowing with loose cats and dogs. They increase your rent every year. Mine is going up another 30 dollars a month and for what? I thought you couldnt go up by that much in a year. Every 3 yrs it'll be nearly an extra 100 a month. It's not worth it. The management is poor and says they'll fix this and fix that but never do. They shut off your water for hours at a time and half the time do it without notice. The neighborhood is covered with diseased Elm trees that are infected with the beetles that kill the trees and they say its my responsibility to cut them down? I dont own this land and if one of these trees damages my property, I will sue for damages as you dont upkeep your property. The sidewalks and streets are falling apart and the parking spots next to your home are hard to access without damaging your car due to the deep drainage between the sidewalk and the street. If you are desperate I would suggest living in an extended stay hotel. This place is a money trap. Edit: On March 25th 2018 the power went out in the neighborhood which shut off the water pumps for drinking water. On Monday after my wife drank some of the water she complained that the water smelled really bad. For the past several days my wife has been in extreme pain and today is defecating blood. We are about to go to the hospital. I went to the office to find out that they did not test the water after the power outage and just turned the water back on hoping that the next time they have their monthly water test done the pipes will be flushed out by then. There is no excuse for this lack of care. Dont drink the tap water cause if the pump stops they wont tell you and youll assume its ok to drink.

The park is fairly clean. Just remember to NOT park on the street on sweeping day it will cost you $. Management needs to enforce the rules with everyone.

They rise the rates every year. They will tell you clean up your lot but not what is wrong. They can be hard to get a hold of. Honestly just not sure were my money goes I pay as much as an apartment but don't have any of amenities.
