The ticket agents are really friendly. Can't think of an easier and worry free way of getting to and from the airport. Free parking here for your vehicle and round trip to O'Hare for around $50 makes it affordable as well. The buses are clean and comfortable as well.

Bus driver not good communicator. He would enjoy his job more if he would smile and say hello at the least We were not warned that we were going to be dropped off before our stop so they could cater to college students. Travelers had to wait 45 min. for the next bus to take them to their destination. Communication barrier along the way.

A good way to get to the airport with someone else doing the driving. I've never had a bad ride, and usually I'm able to get some reading done on the way. On time, too.

Interesting ride. Thrilled when the driver pulled out in front of a car when we were leaving a parking lot. First class customer service when a rider, who had legitimately purchased a ticket but was having trouble displaying it in the app was told that she had a short time to figure things out or she was going to have to get off the bus. Way to assume the customer is trying to pull something over on you. Won't be riding this bus for some time.

You guys suck! They need a place for a minus star rating. I missed your 5:15 pm bus because i was 5 minutes late and ended up having to sit around for two more hours since the next bus didn't show up until after 7. If i would have known THIS was going to happen, i would have taken the Blue line and South Shore. Why, on God's good earth can't you people plan better and have additional buses available. During peak hours? I know, its because your company that's in the transportation business has never experienced Friday rush hour in Chicago , right? Help! I feel i am being held hostage because i live in NW indiana!
