Can I give -5 stars? Left Midway and had to transfer buses at Highland. I expected there would be a bus waiting to continue on to Indiana, or at least a 5-10 minute wait. Had to wait over an hour. So the schedules online and in their brochures are basically estimations. The person at the desk here in Highland said she had no idea when the bus that continues on to Indiana will be here. Just basically have to wait until the bus gets here. So the schedules are completely UNRELIABLE. I understand traffic may cause delays, but to basically have no idea when a bus will arrive? And when the bus actually arrived, the attendant had no idea which bus it was. One bus was going only part of the route. Just glad I'm not waiting for a bus to get TO the airport. I wouldn't use this service going to the airport (or leaving the airport unless you are ok with a 1.5 hour trip that takes 4 hours), or you're likely to miss your flight if you're in Indiana.

Avoid interacting with the worthless workers who work behind the counters, such as o,hare, like the plague. They are very rude. The one working at ohare was stuffing her face with Doritos and never stopped eating when I asked a question and bought tickets. I have found that the drivers are nice however.

Dispatch is rude. Costs $25 to Midway from O'Hare. Bus is supposed to come every hour. Arrived at 2:53. First bus arrived at 4:50. The website doesn't mention you go to Crestwood first and have to transfer buses. With traffic, it took 2 hours. Take the orange line or an Uber. This service caused me to miss my plane by an hour.

Contacted by phone for a refund of unused fare I was told the computer is down ,contacted them by email no response at all

This company is an absolute disaster. I took it from Notre Dame campus to O'Hare Airport. The morning of my trip, I contacted Coach USA Tri State/United inquiring if the bus I was planning on taking was an Express bus. I was told by the representative over the phone that it was and planned accordingly. After loading on the bus, the bus driver climbed aboard and informed the passengers that it was not direct and instead had several stops to make. After arriving at the airport an hour after the scheduled, i.e. regular bus schedule, arrival time, I missed my flight and had to spend the night in the airport. I contacted Coach USA asking if there had been a misunderstanding on my part. Apparently, the company only runs a bus as express if it is full, meaning that there is no way to know if the bus will be direct or not until the time of departure. The representative whom I reached was extremely unhelpful and condescending and simply told me it was all my fault for missing the plane. While I recognize that I should have gotten on an earlier bus, the reason that I chose the bus I did was that I was told it was express. The difference in travel time between the regular and express bus is approximately 2 hours based on my past rides with this company. Why, if the bus is express only when it is full, do they advertise having express buses at all? It makes it impossible to plan your journey. I will do everything in my power to not take this bus again.
