Can't remember the exact price, but I do remember it was very reasonable. Two men arrived early in the morning as promised, and carefully moved 2 desks and a credenza upstairs into my home office. They were very nice, efficient, and careful not to damage anything. Gave me some tips on how to fix one of the drawers that needed repair. Very considerate. Will absolutely call them again.

What a great experience! This company is TOTALLY worth it and I happily share this with others - as moving is an anxiety ridden big deal. Truly excellent service !

These guys were awesome. Very careful with my stuff. We had some pretty heavy items and just a lot of loose stuff and boxes. Everything came out without a scratch. They communicated the whole time about what they were doing and where things should go. Very friendly and professional.
Moving is a stressful experience anyway. These guys helped make it less so.

**Updated**  We have come to acceptable terms with the company and this matter is considered resolved. Thank you to Ashlee in the operations office for being professional and helpful in this process. 

We had our things packed and stored in pod type boxes. We went through the list of everything not in those boxes with Tony before the move. He originally estimated our shipment to be much less than what could fit in those boxes. We explained that the boxes we had were filled and larger than that. He brought the estimate up because we told him the last thing we wanted was for him to underestimate significantly and be stuck with large overages on moving day. Of course that is what happened. He was off by about $3000. We hoped that would be the worst of it for the rest of the move.

We were also in talks with 2 other companies for pricing and Tony promised us 45 days of free storage and $200/month after. Well you can imagine our surprise when the 45 days was up and we were told it would be $1100 a month for our storage now. After speaking with the company at length, they agreed to store our stuff for 3 weeks at the $250 rate, but as of November 2, it will go to $1100 and there is nothing we can do about it because we haven't been able to find a home yet with our long distance move. They are not honoring the agreement that Tony made in order to get the sale. We would've gone with a different company if they hadn't matched the storage piece. 

Stay FAR AWAY from this company as they only tell you what you want to get the sale. The sales department made sure the information was incorrect on the paperwork so that there would be a loophole to screw you. Their BBB rating should be an F. There are so many stressors when it comes to moving. You think you are doing everything to alleviate as much stress as possible, then you wind up dealing with a criminal. 

This is not our first move and I doubt it will be our last. We will NEVER deal with this company again.

Coach USA Moving and Storage made my move so easy -- and was even early and finished hours before I anticipated. Everything was delivered in the same condition. Highly recommend them to make what's normally a painful experience, painless.
