RUN RUN RUN AWAY --- CHECK OUT THEIR BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU RATING --- IT WOULD BE AN "F".    I SEE THAT THERE ARE POSITIVE REVIEWS --- I WOULD HAVE WONDER WHAT THE RELATIONSHIP IS BETWEEN THOSE REVIEWERS AND THE OWNERS OF THE COMPANY.  WOULD NOT TAKE MUCH FOR SOMEONE TO ASK A FRIEND TO JUST WRITE A REVIEW.   THEY MIGHT BE LEGITIMATE REVIEWS -- BUT I THINK THE BBB RATING SPEAKS FOR ITSELF.   THEY ARE NOT NORTH AMERICAN -- NOT PART OF NORTH AMERICAN -- DON'T CONFUSE THEM WITH NORTH AMERICAN.

I am so incredibly pleased with this company - everyone from Jake who assisted me with the intake and set up of the services, to Pauline who held my hand through the entire process always willing to listen even during my melt-down moments!  The team that arrived to load my belongings were professional, courteous and efficient, and the team who delivered my belongings were equally professional, courteous and so very helpful!  I would strongly encourage anyone who has to make a move to use this company - you will not be sorry!

I am so skeptical about moving companies,which made my decision in picking one all the more difficult. I interviewed with at least 6 different companies to move from south Florida to Georgia.I was not impressed with any of the major moving companies.There was something about North American master lines that made my decision easy,but keep in mind I was still skeptical.Even though no one came out to inventory and personally meet with you,I went to them. I found all of them to be very personable and when I left I felt I had made the right decision.The move went well without any issues,the guys were great,very professional.The best was the fact that they did the move in 3 days and everything arrived safe and sound. Thank you to everyone. 100% I would recommend them to anyone. Only One word of advice to N.A.M.L. don't ask for a tip as with great service comes rewards.....Also be more upfront with incidental charges,not a problem,just explain them to your customers. 90% out of 100

North American Master Lines - From Florida to Virginia 

I was very apprehensive about using this company since they were located over 50 miles from my home and couldn't do an eyeball estimate but my staying on top of listing my inventory and Stephanie's constant reassurance helped. I thoroughly interviewed several companies and decided on North American Moving Lines because 1) Stephanie was very patient and encouraged me to meet the drivers at the weigh station (a thing most women don't do), 2) they had free storage, and 3) they said they would deliver my furniture within the time frame I needed, which was 2 weeks after pick-up. Everyone, from Stephanie the sales person, to Viktor, Alexie and Andre' who picked up my furniture and wrapped everything quickly and perfectly, to the sub-contractor Marko and helper were all professional and courteous (though I wasn't happy about the subcontracting part). 

If I have anything to urge it would be GO TO THE WEIGH STATION WITH THE DRIVERS [Before and After]!!!! it will give you peace of mind and READ THE CONTRACT THOROUGHLY BEFORE SIGNING (I had no idea "tape" wasn't included in the price--I took it for granted). 

All in all I would recommend North American Master Lines to my friends should they be in need of a mover.
