these people credit report that i have a collection unpaid every month but i have sent them letters to get vadilation they tell me they arent required to vadilate a debt only to credit report a balance. but yet the letter says within 30 days i can request to be vadilated. i do this and they dont have to according to them. will be contacting an attorney about this company.

sent me a collection notice, ask them to vadilate the debt they tell me its not my right. my right is to only pay what they say i owe and not question it.  goes against the fair debt collection practices act.  calls me close to 10:30 pm often.

I have left messages for these people to return my call without any results.  We keep getting letters from them stating we owe money to Clark Pest Control in Monterrey and we do not.  Clark Pest Control confirms that we own no money yet we keep getting these bogus letters.  At this point I doubt if they are legitimate, OR, they bully people thinking some poor smuck is going to cough up money they really don't owe.  Steer clear!!!!!!! and don't give in!!!!!!

I work for a large pest control and we've been a partners with Coast to Coast for about 6 or 7 years now.  We love them!  The staff is extremely helpful.  They respond very quickly and are very competent.  They are able to find the customers who are not so easy for us to locate.  They also save us time by trying to collect on these customer, and they do a great job with it.  I can always tell when letters go out and phone calls are being made, because we receive an influx of payments for bad debited customers at those times.  I highly recommend this company!

I work for a large family owned pest control and we have utilized Coast to Coast for several years now.  They quickly respond to any questions I or my team may have and are always courteous. They have a high collection rate with us and seem to be able to locate customer that my team and I can not. They are very knowledgeable with our industry terms and can relate to our customers. I highly recommend that you add them as part of your team of collections.
