Dr. Wally has zero compassion or "bedside manner." He is rough with the animals, he pushed my friends cat down so hard on the table that he was limping afterwards. As a last resort, because it was a Saturday, we took our cat there to be euthanized. He scared us into not being with him by telling us horrible things like "if he bites anyone we'll have to send his brain out to be analyzed." He told me this through my sobs with no regard for how devastated I was. We had used him for the first couple of years when we first arrived to the area, and he was never able to actually help me animals when illnesses cropped up. He was only concerned with pushing annual dental cleanings even though my cats were elderly, and pushing medications that made them sicker. I would never take my pets back there.

Friendly staff. Convenient. Never a problem to get a quick appointment for emergencies.

Excellent care, friendly staff, knowledgeable, aim to please and give support when dealing with a sick pet.

Extremely expensive. I brought my dog here for care and Dr. Wally ended up diagnosing a pancreatitis. He charged us $900. For most this is an exhorbanent amount of money. I also believe he did unnecessary tests. Be careful!

Good care once they get to you, but be prepared to wait. I feel that still being in the waiting room at 30 minutes past my appointment time is too long (and it's been my experience on multiple occasions). Then, you wait in the treatment room for some additional time. It just seems like they're understaffed or perhaps they need to space out their appointments more. The level of care and bedside manner of each veterinarian also varies greatly.
