Edie is absolutely wonderful!  I found her over the summer when I googled Pilates on tybee.  While Edie is a very knowledgeable Pilates Reformer teacher she is also a fantastic massage therapist and physical training coach. She truly brings wellness into focus and a sense of calmness.  She helped me recognize why I work out...not just the physical but the long term mobility aspect.   Thanks Edie and see you next summer! Marie
