Great staff, great with the kids, the whole place is a total fun house for children. Our daughter is a patient here, and had a traumatic incident with her front teeth on a Saturday. We were very worried, and even though Coastal Kids was closing in less than a half hour, they agreed to stay open until we could get there and worked past closing time. They weren't even in a rush to leave, they just genuinely wanted to give our daughter the best treatment along with patiently answering all our questions. We are beyond grateful. Thanks so much Coastal Kids!

Enjoyed the new location. It's very spacious and we had one of the best times here with the hygienist Ashley! It was fun and she made us feel so welcomed! My son could be a handful at times, but she knew how to get his attention and her work done at the same time! The dentist Dr. Rosa was great as well! Thanks for the service! Looking forward to seeing you all again!

I took my almost 20 month old to Coastal Kids today for his first ever dentist appointment! Naturally he was very apprehensive, but he did really well! The office was very clean and welcoming. The check-in process was quick (you fill out paperwork electronically prior to your appointment) and we only waited about 5-10 minutes. The staff was friendly. For the younger kiddos/toddlers (not sure the exact range), you go into a small room where a dental tech or hygienist (I apologize as I do not know which one) brushes your little one's teeth. They lay across your laps on a comfy foam-like pad so that their head is on the lap of the employee. I'm sure this is a lot less scary for the little ones than being in a bigger dental chair. After the brushing is done the dentist comes in to do a quick exam and answer any questions. Dr. Joe was super nice! The only thing I didn't care for was the small room in which the appointment took place. The closed quarters made my son nervous, and he thought he was missing out on something since other kids were in the larger main area (there are 4-6 dental chairs in a big open room where the older children are cared for). I'm sure this setup works better for some children, though, as there may be too much stimulation in the main area. The smaller room probably helps calm down/decrease the fear for a lot of toddlers. I would certainly recommend Coastal Kids Dental & Braces to anyone looking for a dental provider for their child! We look forward to coming back in 6 months!

I've been taking my kid, (now kid's) here for years. I took my daughter in today and overall experience was great. The only negative thing that I have to say about my visit today is the weird moment when the associate brought me my charge sheet while I was discussing the operating with the dentist. Totally cut us off and interupted to show me how much money they will be billing me. Not sure if it is because I went alone (husband)... Usually me and the wife will go, but for some odd reason it seemed to bother them that they wanted to make sure that I could pay them money this time. This has NEVER happened before. Other than that everybody was friendly and nice. Would give 5 stars but the "billing issue" kind of annoyed me.
