I was very pleased with the service I received. The staff was very kind and the wait time was very reasonable. Dr. Pratt and Mrs. April were very concerned with solving my problem. They were gentle, kind, and also made sure that I understood all of my options. They also made sure that I understood the directions to follow once I get home. The price for service was extremely reasonable. I will definitely be returning for future services. Customer service is definitely a priority here and I felt welcomed.

This place was wonderful!! Took my wife there for a wisdom tooth. Everyone was very nice. When she went in the back they were playing music, some were singing. And she said they always checked on each other, a very pleasant atmosphere. Reasonably priced. Would definitely go back.

While the doctor was nice, he seemed overworked and about rushed. The place is extremely busy and the waiting room is too small (don't go if you're claustrophobic). I came here after going to Aspen Dental just to price around. Unlike Aspen, Affordable charged for the first consultation ($25) and for the single panoramic x-ray ($120) they took. The consultation was free at Aspen as we're the 15+ X-rays they took! Aspen also had higher tech equipment and the facility seemed cleaner and less cramped. Aspen was a lot more thorough and better all around. The staff at Aspen took more time with me and were friendlier. After hearing all the horror stories of people who went to affordable dentures (one person nicknamed them "deplorable dentures"😂), I'm really glad I chose to go to Aspen. But nevertheless, God bless!

I had a super great experience with April. She did an amazing job. Thank God for April. I couldn't wear my denture and she did great making me feel better. Jamie is very kind and helped with my adjustments as well. I highly recommend this office!

Dr Pratt and April especially were excellent.  I would and will come back.  The care was wonderful.  April was kind , gentle and caring.  I had a great experience. I recommend them highly.
