Just got a new spa from a friend and needed some advice about how to get started enjoying it.  WE walked in off the street and were immediately paired with Matt.  He was fabulous.  He explained exactly how to add the chemicals and why.  He showed me how to test the water; how to adjust the Ph so it is safe.  I deeply appreciated the extra care and advice.  In a day in age when customer service is on the down slide, it is nice to know there are still great companies with professional and caring Managers running the show.

I mirror the sentiments of others. Bought our spa at The Long Beach Hot Tub Show. The man said all of the right things and we left totally happy. Fast forward 4 months later. We have only used the spa about 4 times! They dropped it off, left no instructions on how to operate or clean it (the guide is just terrible), and we have called the store about 30 times to get some help. Currently, our poor hot tub is sitting, completely drained and covered in yellow gunk. Phoning time and time again to get someone to come out to the house and give us a proper walk-through. I have NEVER had such poor customer service and, truly, and not a complainer. Know this about the company before you spend your money.

Have had a Caldera Spa for years.  Service department is great with regards to troubleshooting and repairing (older) spas.  Erika  (Hot Tub Doctor) Customer Service, and Carlos, chief technician, are wonderful to work with.  Called for a potential air pump that had gone bad, and in less than a week, Carlos had trouble shooted and fixed.  Appointments are made and kept, with call-a-heads on arrival and post informational follow-up.  Great asset to the Coastal Spa and Patio Store.

I want to say that I had excellent customer service with Matt with the delivery of our spa. Yesterday we had high winds in Beaumont that came up unexpectedly and they are going to redeliver or Spa with no additional charges. Diana work miracles at getting this spa delivered to us the first time on time. Their customer service is number one. I would highly recommend using them if you're interested in purchasing a spa.

Tim was great. Pricing was awesome. Referred an electrician who was awesome. Some small hiccups, but that was with the delivery company not them. Love my Spa.
