Good music on Saturday, good crowd food was very good. Older people attend but don't let that hold you back, they break it down like college kids. A lot of seating which is great. Not a huge place though but it is big.

Over the years it was from great to stagnant, however, in the end it was a loss for the area that they closed.

For those that say they can't find anywhere better they must not be breathing. This place is just ridiculous. First of all they charge a cover, a cover for piped in music from a has-been radio station that plays the worst selection of music. Their DJ's play nothing current and even their selection of disco music is from the back end and not danceable. Half the time the dance floor is empty until people are so desperate they finally just give up and eventually go out and dance to something. The few times I've gone there is when Adelphia in Deptford has been closed for private parties or having other events, for instance, having their Thursday Thanksgiving gig for the student crowd or I wouldn't go there. At Adelphia you have no cover, live music with great bands that play danceable music, often with contemporary mixed in, it is brighter, cleaner and the food is better. Also I am assured that what I order drink wise is actually what I am paying for. I often wonder when I order Patron silver at the Coastline, am I actually drinking that? The few times I have been there I have woken up with a headache and a dry mouth, that never happens when I drink high-end Tequila anywhere else. The one positive at the Coastline is that the bartenders are very friendly, professional, at on top of things. The Coastline is dark and musty, when they turned on the air conditioner, both my husband and I started coughing because something was in the air ducts that needs to be cleaned out. We actually had to move from the bar to a table because we were coughing so badly. This place needs a makeover from top to bottom. I wonder what possibly brings people here? If you want to meet men or women you have more selection at Adelphia too and you can actually see them... the lighting in the Coastline is so poor you can hardly make out anything but that could be on purpose because the place needs a good cleaning. Need I say more? Probably not.
