Completely rude. Didn't even acknowledge me. Came in for race packages for Run for The Arts 5k. Called before I came in to confirm packet was there. Then drove 30 minutes to find out 'not here until 3'. Never looked up from computer. Never apologized. Could have missed a potential customer buddy. Oh well!

Had my bike serviced at Coastline Cyclery the other week. What a wonderful staff. As soon as I came through the door I was greeted by Tina. Who walked me back to the service department where they were talked me through what was need on my bike. Great Staff!!!!!

Rented a Scott Solace for a couple of days. The bike was in great condition and the staff was very friendly. My special request of getting the pedals changed to my own was no problem at all and just took a couple of seconds. Great service overall and easy process of renting a bike. Would recommend!

I don't believe this store deserves any stars. bike is 5 years old my mechanic has moved . Its hard to find someone I trust with my bike. thought I would give these guys a chance as I heard decent things about them. Not impressed at all. asked for a performance tune up, plus new cassette, chain an to grease pedals. Didn't have a 11-23 cassette so I went for the 11-25 ( should of know to leave then)new chain, greased pedals. When I have had tune ups at the other shop they explain what they replaced ect. which you would expect. Not here, I was waiting for them to tell me what they did, They rang up the cost an that was it no explanation at all plus they charge me an additional $ 10.00 to install my chain. Asked what they did the guy wasn't sure . At this point I am frustrated Paid the $ 229.99 invoice an left. Maybe I should of went off but when you pay to have a service done you expect to have an explanation of what they did or maybe I expect to much . They are obviously not a professional shop and if you care about an expensive tri bike don't go there. I have to say that I am impressed that the owner of the shop contacted me directly an seemed to be upset to hear of the events that took place at his store and wants to make things right.

Large well stocked professional bike store . Had multi bikes repaired and the the staff and mechanics are helpful and courteous
