I've moved around a lot in my life and I can say with 100% confidence that this is the worst bank I have ever used. Not only is the bank atrocious when it comes to credit cards and opening accounts, but I tried to use them for a mortgage. Karen who works the home loans was absolutely unreachable. She delayed our buying process and repeatedly told me to try again next week. When I did try on the following week she literally told me to "back off". That is NOT okay business and I honestly do not know why she is employed because she was absolutely useless. I went through Rhode island housing instead. I will never use coastway for anything again. They trick you into high interest rates, they are the scum of the bank world, and I am closing my accounts asap.
