Had to take my mom to urgent care this morning. It was a great experience. The staff found her in the system super fast. They took her right back. It was one hour from the time we get there till we left. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The 8B PTSD Program has great therapists and counselors. Everyone is genuinely concerned for your well being. The 8B Program offers some great opportunities for exposure therapy, occupational therapy, and CBT Program. I've only given it three stars because the program seems more geared to helping those with addictions and PTSD. It would be great to have a program that just works with individuals who do not have drug addictions and maybe I'd rate it 5 stars but until then just three. Daily random drug testing and breathalyzers are not what I signed up for. People shooting heroin in the bathrooms, drinking beer in their rooms, snorting pills....just not the atmosphere for a PTSD program.

There are a lot of resources at this hospital and friendly, knowledgeable staff as well. The complex however can be a lot to take on when your in need of services, which building, which floor things like that. You also have to go through a lot of people to get things sometimes, but that was expected. I gave it four stars becuase the parking is horrible during the day especially near buildings 1 and 3. After 4 or 5 pm you can see the majority of the parking is used by staffing.

If you need a medicine that is a bit expensive, forget it. You will never get it.

My husband is in the hospice center and he could not be getting better care..
