I am from out of town. My vehicle had a water pump go out. They had 3 weeks too work on it they chose too wait until the last min too do anything. Only called once which I couldn’t answer because of my job. Never left a message. Now I am about too go on days off and they’re just now figuring out that it needs a special tool. Which if they looked into it they may have been able too figure that out 3 weeks ago. If they would have just looked into it. I called the dodge dealership in Roswell New Mexico. I found out it does take a special too and they may rent it too them if they talk too there supervisor. It took me 30 min too figure out that this vehicle needed a special tool.Thats because I had too call back because the mechanic wasn’t there. I will be posting this on every reveiw I see. This is costing me a lot of money. It also makes me question there knowledge of auto mechanics.
