Jesse is the best. I've taken my vehicle there for a couple of things.  He has always been honest,  fair and reasonable.  Also got the work done in record time. He tells you up front the cost and any options and then when he gets done there isn't an surprise charges.  Let's face it we all are looking for good work and the best price.  I'll be going back in the future if I need anything.

We are traveling through Roswell for the tourist locations and needed an oil change on our ford van, Jesse was able to get us in right away and the service was very prompt and cheap compared to other shops we've been to along our vacation.  Jesse is personable , sincere and honest.  We had a little transmission leak and he diagnosed it for free and gave us peace of mind and offered to fix it if we had more time.  If I could give this place 10 stars I would,  just wish we had Jesse back in detroit to be our go to guy.

Honest place!!!My son broke down in Roswell and Jesse totally took care of him. First of all, he drive my son back to hotel after picking him up so he could check out his van. After driving the vehicle and checking out transmission issues, he called me out of state and told me that we would need a transmission shop. He gave me a shop to call and provided number and name of owner to call. He also told me what exactly was wrong with it. He then, offered to go back to the  hotel and pick my son back up to take him back to the shop to retreive his van. This guy is so kind and honest!!!! He could've easily been dishonest. The only thing he cared about was my son getting to Tennessee safely. Jesse went above and beyond and sincerely helped my son out big time!!!! This type of kindness is very rare in today's world .... 5 stars !!!

We were passing through as part of our road trip and wanted to have something checked out on the van. We contacted Jesse and he was able to fit us in the very next morning which was great. Upon arriving, we left the car with him for an hour or so, so he could check the van out. Jesse and his team went above and beyond to diagnose the problem based on our descriptions. We found that he was very honest and happy to go through what he had found with us so we could understand. Jesse's auto was well priced. I would recommend going to Jesse.

We were here in Roswell for a family reunion, when our RV broke down, we called  everywhere to find a mechanic nobody was available. Monday morning my brother took us to his mechanic and Jesse's Auto stept up and fixed our Diesil RV. With no hesitation, we are on the Road again thank you Jesse's Auto for an outstanding job well done. The Garcia's from Albuquerque.
