I have been using the Alma School, Chandler location for several years. Both for detailing and car wash. Never been disappointed. Just had my wife's Audi washed with "The Works" wash using one of the prepaid books which I purchase when on sale (6 washes for the price of 4). Particularly helpful has been one of the ticket writers (John Connor) who has been very thorough when our vehicles are being detailed. I strongly recommend this site for their service.

It was urgent that my car needed an oil change. I don't normally take it in myself. Something my father does for me since I have a busy schedule. I was just in the neighborhood and noticed your location. Cobblestone was busy that morning but I thought I must get this done. 
Drove up and with under a minute I was greeted by Devin. I told him, I usually don't do this myself and not sure what I needed done. He was very informative and made me feel comfortable with having your facility work on my car. He is very knowledgeable and calming. I appreciate that, since I had anxiety about the whole process. I am now a loyal customer to this location even knowing I live no where near it. Thank you for having great employees and I will recommend this location to my friends!

I purchased the Diamond Touch Wash ($44.99). This package was to include a full exterior service (wash, wax, tire dressing, trim detail) and interior service (vacuum, seat and dash cleaning). As you can see from the pictures, they did not vacuum the seats, nor did they attempt to put any effort in getting dirt/debris out of cracks or corners that are in plain sight. in addition I had some gum on my driver side window frame and pointed this out to the representative who assisted me, explaining that I would like them to address this gum issue. He said "no problem". To my surprise as I inspected my vehicle upon being serviced, the gum was still there, they had not even attempted to clean it off. In my opinion, Cobblestone Auto Spa attempts to up-sell you into their top tier washes and car details without having any ability to provide an equitable service for those packages/costs. I will not bring my vehicle to Cobblestone Auto Spa again. There are many places to choose from and the lack of customer service and attention to the details makes this an easy choice. Hopefully you will learn the lesson I did before paying top dollar for a $3 dollar car wash.

I've been coming to Cobblestone in Chandler for almost a year now and have always dealt with John Connor. John has always been extremely professional, pleasant and polite to deal with. I will only deal with John as I truly trust him with all of my vehicles.

It's not worth paying for full service if they don't actually vacuum. I'm standing here waiting for my car to be vacuumed AFTER it's supposed to be done. Also, this is the THIRD time in a row I've experienced this. It shouldn't be that difficult to vacuum a car correctly the first time around. I even asked them to make sure to vacuum well because of my past experience. I was promised they would. Clearly not the case.  I'm not sure why I keep coming here.... I guess I was hoping it was an unfortunate fluke and coincidence since it's most convenient location for me. But after three times? Nope. Never again.
