Just a typical Arizona Car wash. it's about the numbers no the quality. So just remember that a basic is a real basic and don't plan on your car being perfect and having streaks on all windows if that bothers you good luck. haha.  I go there for the convenience and for a quick wash but i know what i'm getting and still have to do more for myself to satisfy myself with my car

Said I needed a shampoo to get a little bit of dog hair out of my brand new car.....$80. Nice try. Regular car was was fine and worked perfectly for the outside though.

Made me wait over a half hour, when I was one of two cars getting washed. The lady at the counter didn't let me know my car was ready, but yelled to alert the customer before me that theirs was ready. Wasn't loud or hard to hear in the lobby either. Car was as clean as it would be if you went through a $3 wash. Interior wasn't noticeably clean. No sent either. First visit, not coming back.

I bought a VIP car wash which is their top wash(I pay $80 after discount, reg/$250+)when i come back after 3 hours this is what happened, watermark everywhere exterior ,seats  is dirty ,carpet not cleaned well,  no vacuuming under the seats and gaps. After the guy cleaned the watermark exterior as i requested ,but the interior wasn't noticeably clean. I still gave the guy  $15 as tips. I understand that those people are very hard at work especially the temperature above 110, I do not want to give them trouble, but what happened next are really pissed me off. Vacuuming was not good at all so i went to the station where i dropped my car off and asked the guys if i could borrow vacuum cleaner for 2mins(vacuum is right there in front of the guy)he said ‘ drive to that corner there is a self service of vacuum'.why i have to go to the self service for vacuum？ what is this VIP service about？ This should be your job and you did not finish it. I just want to borrow it and do it myself the guy ignored my request and asked me there is a crack on my windshield and i can fix it for $30, i said ‘ no , thanks' He turned right back and left. WTFFFF~!
My wife keeps calling them‘hi sir, can i borrow it just for 2 mins' i see there are at least 5 workers right there  nobody answer us like we are invisible.
Me and my wife are Asian. I'm not sure they just treat me so because of my race, or they treat each guest is this attitude.
Wish i could give them 0 start.
