When I first started going to Cobblestone Auto Spa about 3 years ago, it was half-way decent for the price.  But, like most of the more recent reviews say, the quality of their work has totally gone down hill.  The effort they put into vacuuming is non-existent.  Absolutely no attention to detail, especially on the interior.  I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and have returned to see if it was just a bad day.  But on my last few visits, it's almost as if they forget to finish cleaning the car.  I won't be back to Cobblestone Auto Spa, that's for sure.

EDIT:  I went to a Francis and Sons Car Wash today.  The difference was night and day... Francis and Sons blows Cobblestone out of the water.. They cost less, too.

I always come in for the full service wash and christian does a good job checking my vehicle and ensuring a get a good wash and chris always is friendly and helpful! Its a friendly atmosphere that always welcomes me like family! I recommend to everyone

My name is Donna I'm not well with computers so I had Guillermo help me leave this review about Gerardo in oil an lube i have been coming to him to get my car serviced for over two years now I just want to let you know he is the best at what he does and I won't let no one else service my vehicle he gets two thumbs up from me!! Thank you guys for having knowledgeable employees on top of the having the best customer service!!

I had a terrible experience at this location. They had a free exterior promotion advertised and I decided to pay for the 18.99 wash because I wanted to have a better wipe down service. To say the least that did not happen. My car sat there for 5 minutes without being touched and then they didn't even wipe my rims down. I then asked supervisor to touch up and he told me that's not part of service and that I would have to do it myself off to the side. Very horrible service save your money a kid in your neighborhood would do a better job :)

Cobblestone 34 has amazing customer service. It was a busy day with 3 cars ahead of me, and they still got my oil change and wash done in 30 minutes.
