What is it with these types of places that have ticket writers who get off on screwing with customers?  Same as others have mentioned, I was lied to and only figured it out after I paid.  The cashier played dumb and refused to give me a copy of my ticket (which they make you initial).  The employee who actually washed my doors and console did a pretty good job to be honest, but I can't get past the fact that I was deceived and over-paid.  Obviously I won't be back.

Paid for a wax and the works wash, got it home and half of the wax from the front of the car to the back was still on the vehicle. Definitely do not take pride in their work. They're in a rush to upsell you and take you money, but do not deliver on their finished product. High school kids doing a car wash would have done a better job. Mentioned it to the manager Jordan and wasn't a bit concerned or apologetic. Will not be going back. Avoid at all costs.

I went in looking for just an outside wash. The service writer explained the difference in the washes and offered me a better service. By the time I left, I was being g called by my first na e, by John, the service writer and Jordan, the assistant manager. Made  me feel welcome, and my car was cleaned beyond my expectations.will definitely be washing all my vehicles there.

So I went into Francis and Sons because I have been extremely disappointed with another car wash up the street. I paid them $39 to do their VIP wash on my truck, which I thought was definitely high, but I knew that I was gonna need a extensive wash this time. And I will admit, they put in a ton of detail on my visit. I watched and could visibly see that they were not skipping over any of the steps and when I stepped into the truck, it was nearly immaculate. I know its hard to always expect that kind of service at a car wash, but hopefully they realize if they continue to make customers happy like me, they will be very successful.

The ticket writers here will cause them to lose business long term. I was lied about pricing, told I was getting a "free" ultimate wash with my extra service, and quoted 30 minutes since I was on my lunch break. After I paid it turns out that the service was less than half what I was told, meaning that I actually paid for the ultimate wash (which I would not have done otherwise) and an extra $5. I fell for the bait and switch this time but NONE of their locations will get my business in the future, as well as all my friends & family. Not to mention the 0 or 1 star reviews I will leave everywhere I can to help other people make an informed purchase. Also, the service too 1.5 hours, 3 times longer than I was told which got me in trouble at work. The actual work done was average.
