I live here now its great here i live next door to a cop fire truck emt truck and on top of they they do a lot of matinees.

I promise you can find better. They have a tow policy, which ask around is a nightmare. You can only have a guest park 14 days out 365. I have had not one, not, two, but three break ins and this complex has and will do nothing to help. For what you pay you don't have a gate, no security cameras, and management seems to "lose" your work orders I can promise you as a young self employed African American male these people have judged and left me feeling discriminated on more than one occasion. The maintence people hardly speak English and are the most rude of all. I have had a broken window since May of 2017 and broken screen since before hurricane Maria and have yet to have it fixed. I also have pictures and emails documenting all of this. As a result of my screen not being fixed I have had a home invasion. There aren't any security cameras so this place is a dream for thieves. My vehicle was one of some odd I think upwards of SIX vehicles to have their airbag stollen. The complex did nothing to make me feel safe and finally after a year of living in what felt like a ghetto I am moving this coming February. For what they charge this is not a place I would recommend.

Coconut Palm Club Apartments I wouldn't live there at all, they are now implementing a parking and visitation policy that truly infringes on ones freedom and Constitutional rights to privacy and Freedom. The new policy is only going to allow a tenant's visitor to be able to park 14 days out of the year, and only allow a tenant to have a visitor stay with them no more than 14 days out of a month. This type of action is unwarranted, and was the type of control seen back in Nazi Germany by the Gestapo , or Communist Russia. Even if you meet someone in the bar and want to take them home for the night you have to go on a App and register this individual 's car and information, sounds like big brother. What has this country become?  I am currently moving out. I have been told by tenants that are going to stay that they are going to form a nighttime patrol and committee, so if Management tows someones Vehicle that don't follow their rules, the tenant committee are going to tow two vehicles that do follow the rule to make their point to fight this issue while they wait for the legal action to take place. Good advise stay away, that place is getting ready to be a hot bed of trouble.

My wife and I just renewal our 3rd year. 
I live on the 3rd floor, but the entrance to my apartment is from the 2nd floor, so I have my own stairs( I think that is pretty neat) I have tons of space and a big balcony.
The maintenance people are there to assist you without a problem or excuses. 
 Friendly neighbors, I don't hear any noises from our neighbors.
All the local stores that you need, are all with in a 1-3 miles radius and restaurants as well. 

My only complain to this place is that they don't have an elevator, so moving in was not fun at all. It never really is, but this was bad.

I do not recommend this apartment because they have enforce a parking and visitors registration. It is so inconvenient to have your guest provide their license plate to avoid from being tow by All County Towing who from the yelp review have been know to lie about tenant not registering and towing their vehicle. I can not wait until my lease is expire, Coconut Palm have over price rent and management has terrible attitude. Be aware!!!!
