I have been living there for 5 months now and I am certainly looking forward to leaving when this lease is up. First off NO ONE EVER answers the phone when you call the office, and I do mean no one. That is not an exaggeration but you always have to leave a message. They will call you back but it will more than likely be the next day, so your best bet is to go in. Let me tell you the main thing that turns me off with this place....the ROACHES!! Yes I said roaches, I am in no way shape or form a nasty individual but this place will make any guest of yours think differently. When I moved it I did notice a few dead ones laying around and that should have been my first sign but I just assumed it's because that unit wasn't lived in for a while prior to me getting there and figured since it was dead that means pest control must be working. Now that I have moved in and starting living there roaches are still in the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen. The kitchen is full white so they are easy to see. I have lived in many communities and even some with worst conditions that this and I have NEVER ran across so many roaches, it’s really disheartening because I do like the community. On the side of the community where I am the area is pretty quiet, the one thing I do like very much is how the walls are solid, meaning what goes on in your neighbor’s apartment you do not hear which is a major plus for me. Anyhow the roaches are running me out of this place but it really is a decent community that I really liked when I looked. Hope this is helpful for someone.

It is really horrible. They have the worse assistance possible. they are charging fee because they don´t answer the phone, We leave voice mail and they don´t call back. They say close at 6 but they do not answer anymore after 5:30.My wall fall one week ago and they do not fix it and everything there is black and green... It is disgusting.If you guys have a option to do not live there it is less problem for your life

If you are looking for a place infested with roaches, ants, mold that would destroy your personal property, loud neighbors, and incompetent management that would do absolutely nothing to help you, than welcome home! We have moved into our apartment on August 2017 and has had nothing but stress, and ongoing problems with this absolutely terrible place. We have been living in a mold infested apartment for months before this company sent their employees to "clean" the area against any of the required regulations. After the so called cleanup, there was still mold all around the apartment destroying our personal items. We continued to complain and had to pay for an air quality test, out of pocket, to show the management proof the mold was still around. They then agreed to send a "professional company" without making sure we will have appropriate accommodations while the apartment is being treated. Despite paying rent without delay we found ourselves wondering the streets like homeless people because we could not stay at the apartment while it's being treated. No compensation other than "two days worth of rent" was offered for the level of inconvenience and health problems we have had and continue to endure as a result of this irresponsible management. Do yourself a favor, find somewhere else to call home, and see what kind of lame response they would give to this post.

Complex is good, it has its good and not so good seasons but If you need help you should contact Gina, if she doesn't have a solution she looks for alternatives and she is always smiling. She is great.

This is a gated community with a gate that constantly malfunctions and stops working and the community has no after hours Maintenace in the community. Lines of cars at the gate after work and no one to call for help. Luckily one card will work but each driver has to step out of their car to test their card and see if it’s going to work today. They don’t think being locked out at the gate is an emergency so emergency maintenance won’t come to help open the gate. We used to have a universal gate code in case of emergencies but the disabled it yesterday and stated they will not be issuing a new code. When you bring it up with them they act oblivious, deer on headlight or they’ll argue and say open a Maintenace ticket. So what are we supposed to do till it gets fixed?? And if you have a care taker or a babysitter forget it. They will have to call you everyday at work to open the gate. So plane your meetings with clients and staff around that.
