I purchased a gold nugget Buffalo from Vikki last year when we were in Cody at All That Glitters. When I went there this year and saw the new name, I was really sad until I walked into the store and found out Vikki was the new owner. She not only sold me  my pendant she also researched the jeweler who designed my bangle bracelet in Black Hills of South Dakota.  It needed repair and she was able to get all the pertinent information so that I could get my bangle bracelet fixed.  This year I had my eye on the Wyoming symbol done in diamonds and I still might order it when I get home in a few days.  I just love it and love her new store.  Congrats. Vikki.  

This is an update to my original review.  I called Vikki last week and told her I wanted that Bucking Horse Diamond Pendent.  I just got it yesterday and it is beautiful and I love it.  Vikki was so helpful and did some extras for me.  I hope to see her again next year when we go through Cody to see what else she has that is new.  Thank you again Vikki.....

Great service, great products, great people. Vikki and her team are so helpful, and they answered all my questions.  I found out while visiting with them, that the store is under new ownership. (The new owner is very nice and very knowledgeable!) I would recommend this store to anyone!

I would NOT shop here again. My fiance and I purchased our wedding rings at All That Glitters and while everything went great when it came to my ring, it was a totally different story for his. Vickie was great for me with my ring - she took the time to really talk to me and gave me a crash course on engagement rings and what to look for/what to avoid. I ended up with the ring of my dreams and for a very realistic price, since they worked with us on our budget. For my fiance, though, it was a nightmare. I wanted to get his ring engraved and was told it would be twenty five cents per letter (a total of two dollars) and take two weeks to finish. When I ordered his ring, I was given a very reasonable price that was much lower than anywhere else in town. A month later, when we had heard nothing and wanted to know what was going on with his ring, we stopped by the store to ask the owner. He said at first that the engraver hadn't stopped in when he was supposed to, and then a few minutes later claimed that the engraver had LOST our ring and that was why it was taking so long. He said it would be about another ten business days before it was done. Almost another month later, we finally got a call saying the ring was done, and when I went to pick it up at the store, the owner charged me WAY over the original price he had given me (not including tax) - and blamed it on the company he ordered the ring from! He didn't even offer any kind of apology or explanation for the price even though he clearly stated that he knew the price had gone way up. They have a beautiful selection and what I thought were good prices, but I was not impressed with the owner. Vickie's helpfulness and professionalism is the only thing that saved this from being one star.
