Every visit I have made to Riddles Jewelry has been extremely positive. The management and staff are top notch and go above and beyond! I took my ring in for a cleaning and not only did Daelene clean it she gave it a thorough checking to make sure no stones were loose and that it was in tip top shape. On every occasion I have been in the store I have noticed the kindness and respect the employees give to their customers as well as being knowledgeable and helpful. If you are looking for jewelry of any kind or watches or need repair for any of these items I highly recommend going to Riddles!

Yet again another great experience!!!  Every time I've gone in I've received nothing but exemplary service. As a man I know almost exactly nothing about jewelry, and have always been steered in the right direction by staff. I've shopped around locally and always come back to the place that takes care of me with great pricing and stunning pieces. Just recently had a citezen watch sized and was amazed at the prompt service. Love this location and will be returning!

A man would be hard-pressed to find another jewelry vendor that could even come close to approaching the absolutely saturating and permeating splendor that graces the halls of Riddle's Jewelry, Sheridan, WY. Inundated with a innate sense of grandeur and quality customer service, speaking with one of their charming customer representatives will leave you with a sensation of encompassing, overarching, hedonistic merriment.

Brought in my wedding band to be soldered with the engagement ring, both of which are family heirlooms, and had no idea what I was getting in to. They cracked the band and soldered like a 12 year old let loose with a welder.... I brought it in to be redone, but was told they couldn't fix it without removing the original inscription my grandfather had written in for my grandmother. They offered to replace it with a new inscription, but that wasn't the point. It looks only only a little better now (at least the band isn't broken anymore), and the original inscription is completely gone. I replaced it, but my grandmother was still heartbroken to see her message gone and her ring in such sad shape. Maybe it was just an off week for them, but I'm definitely upset that this family heirloom was done such injustice.
