I went in with my fiancé with Very high expectations. This company was recommended by a family friend who serves the local community. I was blown away by how rude and unprofessional Brett was to us when we came in. He was distracted and wanted us out of the door. The worst part, he insulted both my fiancé greatly on a personal level by saying my engagement ring was inferior and not purchase by professionals. He could not tell it was a diamond. He then went on by saying it was not clear, etc.. I can not believe he has been in business for 25 years in Loveland with how he acts to other people in the community! A total disappointment. I for sure with be letting other's in the community know. With Brett's hurtful disposition, I would Never recommend anyone go their. Good thing he is going to an on-line presence. With the way he treats people, I would recommend that completely. Stay away-go to someone who will Respect you as a person.

I wanted to show the love of my life a ring never seen before by anybody. I Walked right in as was Greeted with a honest smile. They didn't show me anything at first instead they first asked. What do you want to see. I said to them Something amazing And highly unique. Not Only did i get that experience with them But They Beautifully crafted a ring under a time crunch due to my stupidity and it came out brilliant and strong.
