I injured my neck and back in an accident and was seeing a chiropractor which wasn't really helping. I heard about this place from a friend who said she was seeing them for her hurt knee. I was a bit reluctant to go but wow I'm glad I did. I finally started getting relief and have gone back twice in the last month. At first I thought it was going to be just some fluffy spa but I discovered they are more of a medical clinic and they said 
most of their clients are there for injury rehabilitation. Cute little cottage everyone there was super friendly. I highly recommended them.

A quality establishment. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend going here for physical therapy/massage.

If you are looking for a skilled and purposeful massage this is the place! I recently had a baby and their postnatal care was spot on. The therapist was terrific and knows what she is doing. I have been back several times since and will continue to go.

This place is awesome. I play Rugby and had a couple injuries. I was actually referred here by my doc for my knee and ankle injury. I've gone to several physical therapist and it was all pretty standard, they just give you a sheet of work outs thats generalized, but the physical therapist here really knew what they were doing. They didnt just treat it like a general knee injury but knew how to work the specific injuries. The y are awesome and the prices are so great that I actually got work done one my back and shoulders that has really helped a ton. I highly recommend this place I would go everyday if I could!

So a bit of a confession, (hope my girlfriend doesn't read this), I randomly saw an ad for this place and was like hmmm, maybe I should. I've only got a massage once, and I didn't know if I wanted my girlfriend to find out I went, especially without her. I ended up going (just happened to be a day my girlfriend was working)  and this place I thought was going to be the fruity spa like flowers and weird smells but it wasn't at all like that. It actually has medical people  and is actually a medical clinic. I felt more like I was at my physical therapist when I busted my shoulder. So it wasgreat not having all that fluff of flowers and sounds of running water that makes you have to pee. Now to contradict myself, after my massage which was awesome by the way, they were like, we have a special for a free facial. This is why I don't want my gf finding this out she'll never let it go. But I was like hmm Ive never had one of those I have no idea what that even is, all I pictured was me having to put on this fluffy cotton robe and sit in a chair and have green goop and cucumbers on my face like the movies. I was like what the heck, lets do it. It was umm interesting, not what I thought, it was little gadgets doing all types of stuff, they said removing dead skin etc, it was a little different but then again Im a guy... so is this what girls do during the day? get nails and have gadgets working on their face? anyway it was an interesting experience. Everyone there was super awesome and friendly, very professional which is why Im leaving this review. oh and I forgot to mention the actual massage. I did their active therapy massage which helped my shoulder and back a ton. The therapist gal was actually a physical therapist and does insurance work and rehabilitation work all the time.  It was awesome, and the best part, all of this was $40 because their specials. I remember my last massage was like $80 and they were just like slapping and who knows what to my back it was stupid. 

It was a great experience and leaving I was wondering ok what's the catch, thinking I had to sign up for something etc, but it wasn't that way at all. They had some other good deals going that I thought about getting a gift for my girlfriend there but then I am not sure if it would raise questions, or if they said hey welcome back when I dropped her off. Maybe Ill lay low for a while. or maybe Ill just keep this as a secret for myself, isn't that what girls do they have their secret "getaways" ... sure you were at your "brothers" all day... 

Anyway it was an awesome deal, everyone was great and friendly, I felt like I really got a lot for my money, I actually feel like I took advantage a little... it wasn't at all fluffy, it was very professional and I thought they deserved a good review so thats how Ill repay them.
