The worst experience ever! The styles butchered my hair. I showed them the style I wanted and it came out nothing like the way it looked. It is uneven, misshapen, patchy mess. I absolutely hate my hair and regret ever stepping foot into this shop. Nor will I ever again or recommend it to anyone else. I suggest that if you dont know how to do it that dont even try, you shouldn't cut natural hair while it's dry, and dont call yourself high end if your not!

Cassandra is AWESOME!!! She has made my hair do a complete 180. It used to be so rough and coarse and did not want to grow. Now that I've been coming to her my hair has grown, it moves wonderfully and it still has tons of body. She's also extremely knowledgeable and always willing to answer any and all questions and is always so pleasant.

PS. I noticed that someone below suggested Elite Spa. If its the one on Belair Rd That place was just recently shut down due to a prostitution ring they were running out of there.

Loved Cassandra, she was quick and professional on both of my installs. My first express install was only $25.00 since I won a contest on the salons FB page!!! The salon is huge an very private. I look forward to having my third install in the next couple of weeks. Thanks Cassandra your express weaves fit my budget and look like a million bucks!

I was looking for a great baltimore stylist, and called this one to get more informtation. not sure who answered the phone or if it was the owner, but she was rude.  I asked a question and there was no enthusiasm what so ever and she act as if like I was bothering her.  No good.  I will go to the other place the lady was talking about below me.  Its a shame. lost out on a good, consistent customer.
