I booked a party for my hearing impaired daughter and her friends. I was on the fence about scheduling because of my daughters disabilities. The staff was very sensitive to my child’s needs. I was most impressed with how the owner comped use of the popcorn machine and cotton candy machine to stimulate other senses. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate another wheelchair party guest who really wanted a pedicure but wasn’t comfortable with the idea of her mother getting her to the pedicure chairs. The staff created a portable pedicure station for the wheelchair guest and one party employee entertained the child while the other did the pedicure. We got to take a lot of pictures and enjoyed their willingness to tailor the event for disabled children. The mothers that attended my daughters party spoke highly about the event and they are already talking about planning their party here. I commend the staff for going above and beyond to make the children feel loved and welcomed. I can’t wait to come back.

Terrible customer service. We tried to schedule an appointment for two weeks prior to taking a trip up north. There is a very rude gentleman who answers the phone and is supposedly an "account manager" and part owner but he is unable to answer questions about the business or schedule appointments. He refereed us to call back to reach the scheduler multiple times but he is the only one who answers the phone and no one else is ever available to actually help answer questions or schedule. He finally took our information 3 days ago but we still never received a call back. I am a business owner myself and this is by far the worst business practice and customer service that I have ever experienced.

Took my daughter and a few friends for a surprise birthday party. The staff and management went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We got a lot of nice pictures.  The attention to detail was impecable. My daughter is already asking when can we go back. She said "dad this was the best birthday party ever". I'm not going to lie, I had my reservations at first but I took a tour and was impressed seeing the way the staff interacted with other families. I am usually hard to please. This place won my business. Continue doing what you are doing. Great experience!

Very bad management. Very much disappointed. Took appointment & when I reach there the place was closed. & again went there even after appointment the lady try to convince me if I could come in little late bcz there is bday party going on😖😖, I would not recommend this place at all .

Posh and play is a wonderful environment , very beautiful, clean and a wonderful way for your children to feel like princesses . I will continue to come here due to there great customer service , flexable prices and multiple services to choose from . It doesn’t matter what type of personality Your child have they have something to fit them all . Very pleased !!
