I think very little of the woman who works the counter during the morning and day, who I think is the owner. She's been very rude and disrespectful to me. I came in today and tried to use a top loading washer and no water came into it. I waited a few minutes and still no water. I told the woman at the counter and she refused to stop it and she became very disrespectful and rude to me. She wanted to wait a few more minutes to see if water came, but the wash cycle is only about 7 minutes and in a few more minutes, there wouldn't be much wash time left. She finally stopped the machine, 5 minutes after it first started, and put my clothes in another machine, but she didn't give me much detergent nor any bleach at all -- which I had lost in the first machine, and she was very disrespectful to say the least. Every time I tried to talk, she'd talk loudly and disrespectfully over me. She said every time I come in, I complain which is totally UNTRUE, and she even had the audacity to tell me not to come back -- which I most certainly will not. I had another problem with a washer here a few weeks earlier when I noticed the washer I was using only had cold water in it even though I pressed the hot water setting. I told this same woman this and she insisted it's because I opened the lid. She said if you open the lid, hot water stops coming in -- which I think is untrue and ridiculous. I've opened washer lids at other laundromats and hot water still came in. She obviously wants to blame the customer if something goes wrong. I did return two more times after this incident and used the same washer, both times getting only cold water, and said nothing about. And then today I had a problem with no water coming into a washer -- and this woman was nothing less than rude and disrespectful. I think low life describes her better. After she finally stopped the washer (with no water in it) and took my clothes out and put them in another washer, I noticed she put rags in the first washer and started it and water did go into the machine -- but it did not when my clothes were in there (and the door was shut). So obviously this washer works sometimes but not always. I'm sure she'll continue letting people use this washer knowing this. I think very little of her. If people don't have problems with the washers here, it could be they don't open the lid to see there's no hot water or they close the lid/door and leave and don't stay around to see if there's a problem. The woman who works the counter during the mornings/afternoons can become very disrespectful when someone makes a legitimate complaint. Beware. And there is no hot or warm water in some of the washers.

Be aware that most companies, even this one, has, in times past and currently, offered customers and guest incentives such as discounts, coupons and free services in exchange for a good review written under thier name. So, not all you read on the reviews about positive experiences are true. Although, most places aren't "terrible" places to go, you should go form your own opinions about local business here.

This place ROCKS....always clean with a great staff. Highly recommend to do laundry here :-)
