We own a 50 unit apartment complex.  This company Coin-O-Matic has fleeced us for years.  They have not paid revenue sharing since we acquired the property, claiming we had "not met minimums", which is complete nonsense.  Their equipment is substandard, they do not return service calls, and have provided a copy of a contract to us that is clearly doctored (hand-written changes).  They are amateur bullies, but unfortunately for them they have agitated us folks who will stand up for our rights and have the where-with-all to deal with goons like this in a business conflict.

I have always been comfortable using a coin machine and the ones from Coin-o-Matic perfectly serve my purpose. All thanks to them for maintaining such a great inventory.

I am president of a small condo.  Coin-o-matic increased our service contract by 75% because we had older machines.  Then we had a transmission on a washer go bad.  They refused to fix it in spite of the fact that the contract stated clearly that they were obligated to repair or replace the part.  There were no exclusions.  We were left in the position of paying for an attorney or buying a new washer and firing Coin-o-matic.  We chose the latter.  YOU CANNOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
