I have been coming to this cleaners since we moved to Miami 3 years ago.  By and large,  they have done a good job.  However, during the holiday weekend I put on a tailored shirt that had been cleaned by this cleaner.  

Lo and behold, the material had been tugged away, ripped and torn under both armpits.  When I brought it back, I was told that these rips had been caused by perspiration but that I could speak to the owner, Marline, who incidentally has been unavailable for 3 days to speak with me.  

Today, I finally stopped by the store, and sure enough Marline was there!  Although I have been a loyal customer, she told me it was an old shirt (purchased last year), that the rips were caused by perspiration and that she would do nothing for me.  And she emphatically said, "nothing, nada."  No credit, no apologies!  The shirt was ripped by the cleaners, not by the client!!

Marline is the owner and has been in business for many years.  She is a poor manager, has a bad attitude and doesn't accommodate the needs of her customers!  I live in the area - people frequent establishments because of word of mouth.  

This mouth says NEVER GO TO SHORECREST CLEANERS IN MIAMI ON BISCAYNE BLVD!
