I don't do reviews. However this is by far the best place in Ohio! Great customer service! Great price! You can pay with credit card! Perfect place!

A very nice and clean place to do your laundry.  The owner is quite helpful and nice.  They have front loading and top loading washers and plenty of dryers.  They even offer a discount card.  Costs me $2.50 for front loading washer (2.5 load capacity) and $1.50 for thirty minutes drying time.

Hello People:  Today is March 22, 2018.  Upon my visit today (Thursday)  I was treated with the utmost RUDENESS by none other than THE OWNER - HUH!!!  I pretreated my WHITE work short at home.  But alas, the stains I scrubbed out by hand at home were gone, but a few small new stains showed up after washing at Coin Wash Laundry!!  So, being that I am at a laundry mat which we use to GET OUR CLOTHES CLEAN, I took my WHITE Work Shirt into the bathroom to scrub the new stains out.  (That worked, by the way, and the Jergens soap they had was great!!)  About 10 minutes after I completed cleaning my shirt and put it in the dryer with my other clothes, the owner (Jen/Jennifer) got in my face.  

Jen came up to me while I was comfortably seated at a table.  She asked me if I had taken a shirt of mine and spot treated it in the bathroom?  Her eyes were open WIDE and she was on the point of becoming hysterical.  I said yes.  My white work shirt had some new stains caused by her washing machine.

I tried to tell her that I pre-treat my shirt and clothing at home, but she would hear nothing of it.

She gave me an ORDER that I shall NEVER take my shirt into the bathroom to remove a stain and that I should do that at home before bringing it in to wash, " Do you understand me?  She said.  Yes, I replied. 

(Hey Jen, Those stains were NEW AND YES I did spend over 2 hours on MONDAY at home cleaning STAINS out of my clothes)

People, what is the point of a Laundry Mat if we can NOT get our clothes clean there??  CLEAN LAUNDRY,  I think NOT!!

I have been going to Coin Wash Laundry for over 4 years now, Since I moved back to Lakewood in 2014.  But this horrible treatment has now forced me to find ANOTHER LAUNDRY MAT or place to do my Laundry!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND Coin Wash Laundry!

I love this laundromat. I have a king size comforter that doesn't fit in my machine at home and come here every other month or so to wash. They have a great drop-off service and they will wash, dry, and fold for you for a very reasonable price that saves me from spending a few hours sitting in there with my 2 year old. I have also come here to wash myself during the week and jump on their Wi-Fi so I can stay connected with work. This place is so clean and the woman who is here (I'm not sure if she's the manger, owner, or both) shows pride in the way she runs the place. It's not only tidy but clean.

EDIT 01/19/2018 -- It's been a while since I've been here and wasn't paying attention when I walked over to the change machine to change my $20.... but all the washers and dryers accepts credit/debit!! woohoo!!

I have come to this laundromat and used the wash and fold by the pound service on and off over the past 5 years. My clothes are always clean and folded nicely. I have on multiple occasions left money (over $20) in my clothes that were dropped off and that money was returned in a zip lock bag along with my laundry. This business does a great job, is very honest, and fairly priced. I would highly recommend.
