I haven't been to a laundromat in decades. I had a king size quilt that needed a wash. I found the place impeccable ...the owner in attendance...and the machines all working! She helped me add the proper amount of detergent & softener...The big plus at this place is the large size machines that can handle huge loads. I will return!

Very welcoming, friendly & helpful staff, very clean & newer machines. Would've given 5 ⭐'s but the place only has 2 big dryers and had to settle for medium size dryer
 (pay extra money) to dry all of my extra large comforter & bed linnig's

I've been coming here since I was a young teenager now I'm an adult so it's been 8+ years if not longer (before these new owners). Over those years, I've done the same thing; 2-3 loads of wash and usually the big dryer depending on load size and what's in my loads. I've used the biggest dryer more often than not to save space. Usually it's fine to add in all my clothes (not much at all mind you) into the big dryer WITH my blankets to save money. You can't also use the giant one without blankets/comforters as a FYI.  Never once did I ever get stopped by the staff (or the owners) till today. Now I suddenly have to resort to spreading it all out taking up more room than I need to on a few pairs of pants, shirts, and tiny etc items. It's not like I'm putting 3 giant washer loads WITH blankets, 
yet I've seen people do that, they're never yelled at or scolded and often they don't even have blankets. Ive NEVER have had issue with the small amount of clothes I've added with the blankets. If you have a bigger load you should be able to use those instead of taking up 8+ dryers like some of these people do. It's stupid that there's rules on those, I can understand cost of maintenance can be a pain but they don't get used 90% of the time now. This isn't the first time I've had an issue with the woman working tonight. Maybe I'll just save my money and find some where else to go. I'm just tired of some of the ridiculous stuff that people get away with here (staff included).

Dropped off both dry cleaning and regular wash load. My clothes were ready the same day and real clean.
