Technician was great. Very polite and very professional. Did a fantastic job. I was a little disappointed that he arrived with an empty water tank and needed to use my hose to fill it up but other than that it was a great experience.

I call COIT every year to clean my carpets. Always very prompt to arrive , completes a thorough job. Very considerate and careful with my furniture. I tried another competitor one year just to change it up, I was very displeased, called COIT 2 months after that shameful experience, they made my carpet look and smell fresh again. The technician “Rick” always does s wonderful job. Thank you COIT, see you next year . KimC.

Excellent service! We have the rug wrapped and rolled until next spring. It is a rug that as been in the weather for several summers, so it didn't start out with you in the best of shape. Last year you did a great job, and I fully expect the same result this time! when I unroll it in spring! Marcia Sobol

I’m pleased to share that Coit turned a bad beginning into a better ending by genuinely caring about customer satisfaction. Management’s response to my dissatisfaction has reaffirmed my trust and loyalty for local, family-owned businesses.
