My experience with the Plumbing Source has been awful. The first time Plumbing Source came out, they were fine. They found a leak and repaired it in my bathroom. The second time they came out, they did a pull and reset on my toilet. They also suggested getting caulk put in around bathroom fixtures. I said I would like to know how much that would cost.

For two lines of caulk - one around the bathtub faucet and one around the handle - I was charged $70 plus tax. For work I did not authorize but had to pay for anyway. On top of that, it was done sloppily and quickly. Photo of the work taken right after the plumber left is below. The green arrow shows where the original work was to take place. The orange arrow shows a long caulk smear left uncleaned. The pink arrow shows a caulk finger print left uncleaned. The two photos show the only caulking they did that day for which I was charged $70. To pay too much for two lines of caulking is bad enough but to have it be done so sloppily is terrible. Sadly, that is not the worst of my experience. I called and spoke to Terri and Tony at Plumbing Source. Terri, who I was told would "make the situation right," extended her apologies and assured me I would be getting a refund for the caulking portion of the work. I was satisfied with that and waited for the check. I called her two weeks ago because it had not yet come. She apologized again and said it was going in the mail that day. Still nothing. Now I can't even get her to return my calls. I also spoke to Tony who profusely apologized for my experience. He said he would send someone out to look at the work and correct it. He too has not returned my calls in weeks. 

I am deeply disappointed in The Plumbing Source. I feel like I have been deceived with false reassurances and the promise of a refund to make it right. If you have the good fortune of reading this review, I urge you to find someone else for your plumbing work. My recent experiences, as well as those of my relatives who recommended them, demonstrate that customer service with the Plumbing Source has disappointingly deteriorated.

Our kitchen sink had severe blockage and wasn't able to function at all. We were nervous to make the call to the plumbing source because we never tried their services but we are sure glad we did.  Our plumbing technician, Jeff Walkemeyer Jr, came rather quickly and saved the day. He is very professional and knowledgeable. We quickly felt relieved and confident in his abilities just shortly as he walked through our front door.  Anytime we had a question he would politely inform us of our troublesome situation even if we had no clue what was going on. We are so grateful to have our kitchen sink working again at a reasonable price. Thanks Plumbing Source. We highly recommend and know who to call in the future.

I had the Plumbing Source install a pressure regulator on my main and replace a leaking exterior faucet.  The phone operator was very pleasant and accommodating, and the installers were professional.  They finished the job in a reasonable amount of time, gave me good advice about what to do/not to do, and cleaned up after themselves.  A few days after the work was completed, I received a follow-up call to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with the outcome.

I bought 2 replacement faucets and drain plugs for my dual sinks in my bathroom. They wanted to charge me over $700 in just labor to replace the 2 bathroom faucets and drain plugs. I found someone that did it for $135. Thanks but no thanks Plumbing Source

Elderly parents were told that two walls needed to be cut out, new toilet, water heater needed to be replaced and estimated at 6000-7000...then charged 175.00 for the call...got a second opinion and price at 700.00 and water heater didn't need to be replaced...no walls cut through...problem fixed....are we scamming the elderly?..
