Went there last week and the restaurant smelled like musty carpets. Atmosphere looks like it's aimed at the middle school crowd. The woman who took my order smelled like a brewery and acted drunk/disoriented. Told her my name when I ordered my dine-in meal (and was the only person in the restaurant). A few minutes later a guy (X) walks in and orders takeout. She brings his food to me and asked if my name is X. I say no and she says "same difference" and takes the to-go bag of food to him. In walk two other guys (Y and Z) who order dine-in together. She brings me BOTH of their meals at different times, asking if my name is Y/Z with each meal, then taking the food to them after I let her know I'm not either guy. Not what I expected at all after seeing a decent review on here. Was really disappointed.

I've been here a few times, never had a problem. Went last week and was shocked honestly. Place smelled for one. Two, we walked in..stood at the counter to order and the person in the back saw us but completely ignored us. We had been there for 10 minutes and -0- acknowledgment. I will not go back.

This place is very good for prices they have on their menu. All of the servings are generous and you can even get cheeseburgers stacked up! Love this place - Ansel Ponce Diama

Guys know how to make a burger. Best in Jacksonville. I always get mine with mashed potatoes, bacon, mushrooms, and a fried egg... always amazing. And their fries are perfect.
