Worst customer service ever. Only 1 other customer ahead of us, took more than 20 minutes to receive our order. Manager acted like she was doing me a favor to even make eye contact with me. Very poor, borderline "snotty" attitude out of mgr. 
There are more than a dozen places within a 1 mile radius of there to eat, we will select a different place to take our business in the future.

Firehouse Subs never disappoint me. They're delicious, always. 

And I rarely write reviews, but today I HAD to.  I had the BEST experience simply picking up my sub all because of the man behind the counter...I believe his name is Chris R.
I placed an order over the phone for pick-up and when I got there (early) the sub was ready to go. Chris looked at me, made eye contact and asked me how my day was going, in the most genuine way. I guess I am used to having little interaction and just being cashed out quickly But Chris was just so nice, polite and still quick with my order.  His positive attitude made me smile! When I was leaving he said "Have a great day, Ashley" which to me is huge.  He called me by name. I just loved it, it was personal and nice and I left thinking "That guy is awesome and this Firehouse is awesome."  
I just had to say something. Chris R, keep being you because you were a complete pleasure to talk to today. You made me whole day great and we met for less than 5 minutes. The managers of that Firehouse are lucky to have you, it gives that store the extra spark it needs for me to want to go back to that location again and again.

The staff and managers go way above and beyond for their customers.  This is no ordinary sub place. The food is delicious, the customer service is perfection and the atmosphere is perfect. Today, we came in for our family lunch (like we do so many days at this location) and today they were out of my favorite Poweraid, something I depend on to start my day and keep my head clear. Ernest Howard (General Manager) got in his car and went down the street to get my my drink. I was shocked. I was so impressed that they went that extra mile(s), literally just to make my day. This is the kind of company and location you should visit everyday. I am so thankful and touched by their sweet & professional acts. Shout out to all the others who always take care of us: Tanya, & Kailand so many more amazing individuals who are employed here.

Service was fast. Employees were friendly. No WiFi to sign into the Firehouse app sooo no deals. What's the sense in getting points if you can't use them?

The turkey bacon ranch combo here is excellent. I stop here frequently when in JAX. The food always seems hot and fresh. I don't think I have ever had a problem with anything I have gotten here. The sandwich is always hot and tasty. That's why I keep returning and the fact it is not too far from the beach.
