This is the kind of gym that is perfect for a guy like me. It's clean, has all of the equipment that you would need,  and is welcoming of everyone. You don't have to be "hardcore " to go here. Just do your thing and do it at your own pace. And it's affordable too. What more could you ask for?

I love this gym! The overall cleanliness of the facility is impeccable! The atmosphere is motivating and inspiring to those working out. The equipment is well maintained and the staff is always on hand if you have any questions about how to use any of the exercise machines or equipment. And speaking of the staff, they are so friendly! I always get a friendly hello when I come in and a have a great day when I leave. And the other perks are great as well! Tanning, massage chairs and tables... All amazing extras!! This is a GREAT gym and I would recommend it to anyone!! Just can't say enough good things about this gym!!  Love it!!!

Great gym. One of the cleanest that I’ve been to. Love how everyone keeps to themselves. The staff is friendly and helpful. Their selection of workout equipment is great as well.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. It is always clean and plenty of room for you whether doing cardio, weights or machines.  Cannot be at the price and can even being a guest every time now.
