Had to join membership to use facilities; made it clear this was a supplement to my regular fitness program -- I just wanted to use the machines get in and out. Was told I needed to make an appointment to determine best program for me and to learn how to operate the equipment (a good thing since all equipment works differently). When I said I planned to come twice a week, I was told I needed to come at least three times a week, and when I asked if the piece of equipment could be noted next to the exercise put on my program sheet, a lecture began as to why they don't do that -- they want me to >>>> It became apparent that my wishes were not of interest to them. I wrote a letter requesting a refund for membership and asking them to deduct  a fee for the 2 times I  used the facility -- siting my experience above -- I was clear I only wanted to use the facility to supplement my fitness program and had they said otherwise, I would never have had  joined. They did not respond to that letter, and did not give me a partial refund.
