I've been wanting to visit a Cold Stone Creamy for a very long time, so I planned my family's visit for this one in advance. The shop is small with not much seating. The menu was a bit overwhelming for us. There's too much to choose from and I wasn't quite sure how to place my order. The staff just asks what you want but doesn't explain what they offer. The prices are a bit pricey. My son was excited to watch how the ice cream would be blended with the candy but unfortunately the candy display of choices were blocking his view so he couldn't see much. On the regular basis this place is usually crowded in the evening and I've seen people standing on line outside the shop because it's so small. But for my experience I enjoyed the Carvel ice cream shop that's around the corner better.

I am highly disappointed by my last experience with cold stone. All I wanted was some hot fudge ON TOP of my white chocolate ice cream. How hard is that right? Well apparently very, because the man squirted regular, cold, chocolate syrup, which is nothing like hot fudge, all over my icecream, basically making it chocolate flavored. Which I don’t like.

Ashley, our server was the best!! Great personality,plesant, sweet, and professional!! Awesome customer service skills. Served that " like it " scoop with sooo much love ! My hubby enjoyed his " mud pie mojo too"!. Totally enjoyed the experience! See you next week!

This is the best Cold Stone I've ever been to, they had the most flavors I've ever seen.
