My first trip in took two hours of a very unskilled staff member (who had no idea how to use the computer system) trying to place an order for me. My next trip in, to finalize the sale, I wss told my the very unapologetic manager that the mattress I ordered was not available and that her staff messed it up... And the manager knew we were coming in to do this, had our contact info, and never called us to tell us there was a problem. Although she offered a discount on other mattresses, it was still an incredibly frustrating experience.

Dan made my first mattress purchase a wonderful experience. He was compassionate, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Definitely would go back for another mattress or just to talk to Dan!

Great experience in LYNBROOKS Mattress Firm . Rhonda quickly took care of a bad experience I had at another near by Mattress Firm. She is brilliant. I couldn't be happier. Mattress Firm is lucky to have someone who understands customer service so well . Thank you Rhonda Kohn!!
