They make a mean ice cream concoction! The girls are fun and upbeat! Watch out though they'll make you feel like a little girl when they arm wrestle you! They are tough as nails from mixing up all the ice cream day in day out! They didn't gloat too bad when they bested me though. 5 stars! Gonna keep training so I stand a better chance next time!

I've worked at various Cold Stones throughout my high school and college years, and have always loved it. When I called the Rexburg store today to see if they still had their seasonal Valentines day flavor they said they were out. I called Idaho Falls half expecting them to be as well. Not only did they have some, but the owner of the store (she owns both) offered to make me a carton and have her husband drop it off at the Rexburg store on his way up there. That's above and beyond customer service! So glad I get to savor this fudge truffle ice cream one last time until next February :)

Love the ice cream, but it is a nuisance you can only pick three flavors, and the employees are major happy mood killers recommend not eating your ice cream inside!

The ice cream is great, unless your lactose intolerant. They have very minimal options for lactose intolerant people. If you get there at the right time the service is pretty great. If you get here at a busy time it could take a long while to get your ice cream. It seems high school students run the place. The ice cream isn't teribbly expensive though.

Two words: this place is awesome. Try this, you won't regret it: Banana Ice cream Walnuts and Caramel mix in Waffle bowl You're welcome. Tastes like banana nut bread. Boom.
