Second time I ordered a cake online and second time there has been a problem.

Really dislike this location. Took 5 minutes for any of the employees to acknowledge us. Employees (young kids) were not friendly at all

I've had their ice cream before but the last time I went I was given the wrong order. I got the all lovin no oven and when I got it at first I thought it was weird that it didn't look like what it was supposed to have but it was my first time getting this particular ice cream. Then when I started eating it I thought the ice cream had gone bad because it tasted weird and I found some chunks of I don't know what they were, but at that moment I realized it wasn't the right ice cream. I would have gone back in but they were helping a long line.
